We accept returns on unopened merchandise within 30 days of confirmed delivery. With all returns, original & return shipping and handling and expedited handling fees are non refundable. Any new items returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please note that the ice cream you will receive will not come in a full solid bar due to shipping and handling but will instead be in small bite size pieces.
Any orders that are "refused" by the customer at delivery and are returned to us will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and the actual cost of shipping deducted from the order total.
If you paid by debit or credit card, the charge will appear as JVBargains.com on your statement.
